Hyundai Department Store was selected for the Korea Service Grand Prix Hall of Fame (hosted in 2020 by KSA) and was named as the Grand Winner for Customer Satisfaction in the Department Store Sector in Korea’s industry (hosted in 2021 by KMA Consulting).
CCM
CCM is a certification system at the Korea Consumer Agency Repository that assesses and verifies whether a business is approaching every activity from the consumer’s point of view and is improving the relevant management activities in a consistent manner.
